To reserve your wedding date, first call or E-mail SH Video at (206) 851-1465 or info@shvideo.com to confirm your date.
If your date is available, click here to download and print a Wedding Contract. Fill it out and return it to SH Video via mail or fax (425) 271-4502. If you don't have Adobe Acrobat Reader, click here to download the reader for free!
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to guarantee your date. The deposit must be received within seven (7) days of booking your event. After seven (7) days, your date may be released if the deposit has not been received.
Please take the time to correctly and completely fill out the Wedding Contract to avoid delays with processing your order.
SH Video Productions accepts all forms of payment including: checks, money orders and major credit cards. Please submit your deposit with your order. Click on the payment button below to securely pay with your credit card.
We will never sell your personal information. We only use it to track your order. You have our word on that!
